Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Consecration and packing may add a short buffer for select SKUs.

Metro locations: usually 2–4 business days. Rest of India: usually 4–7 business days. Remote pincodes may take longer.

Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee may apply at checkout.

Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses are outside our direct control. Contact hello@divyaguru.com if your parcel is significantly delayed and we will help escalate.
