Refund policy

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn for extended use, and returned in original packaging with tags and invoice.

Consecrated items opened beyond a gentle try-on may be eligible only for replacement if damaged in transit.

Customized or personalized orders, products damaged due to misuse, and items returned after the 7-day window are not eligible for refund.

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer after verification.
